Ive had issues with my sciatic for a few years and so being pregnant is very painful on them.. I'm 37 weeks now and sometimes its awful. Stretching and using my yoga ball helps and my heating pad is a lifesaver.
:/ that *****!!! I did pull muscles a few months before I became pregnant so Im also wondering if I messed up that while area when it happened.
I've had it since 11 weeks I'm 37+3 it's not getting any better only worse sorry I got nothing lol they prescribed me hydrocodone which take the pain away but I also have 2 bulging discs on the lumbar spine so I did take the medication when needed now I've stopped I wish there was something it *****!
