Serious heartburn

Does anyone have any tips on severe heartburn? I suffer from acid reflux usually but since being pregnant i get it atleast 5 times a day. I'm now 25wks and I'm out of ideas

Is anyone taking prenatal vitamins citranatal 90 DHA and they are two different pills idk if I'm suppose to take both of them at once.. one look like chewing but it says don't chew it?

i always go for a vanilla soft serve. the cold ice cream helps the heat and the dairy helps combat the acidity, not to mention the tastiness of a soft serve cone in general.

Omeprazole worked great for me. I had it really bad to the point where i was throwing up! At 36 weeks now and no more heartburn!!

Milk helps a little for me I find when I drink it...it calms the heartburn

Milk always works for me. I'll usually drink a glass about 15-30 minutes before I eat or a glass right after I eat. It is working wonders.

Yea I was doing that when I was 12weeks to help nausea but doesnt help now :(

I heard that eating a ginger biscuit helps some people
