Severe stomach cramps

I'm having severe stomach cramps on the lower left side of my stomach.  It hurts so much that I can hardly move and they're not going away.  AF finished over a week ago (I'm on CD11).  Ever since AF finished I've been having cramps in the right side of my stomach, and in my upper and lower stomach everyday.  However they changed sides this afternoon and have become really painful.  I've also have a really windy rumbly stomach.  Are any of these symptons a sign of pregnancy?  I normally get ovulation pain on and off for a couple of days but nothing like what I've got now.  I've also been having back ache, sore breasts on and off and have been off my food in the middle of the day for over a week.  I really don't want to take a HPT unless I'm really sure I'm having definite pregnancy symptons because I'm sick of being disappointed and hurt.

I was at the point last night that I was going to get checked out but luckily the pain started to subside, it was such a relief.  I was in so much pain I was feeling sick.  Anyway I had a good night sleep but woke up this morning with a rumbly, windy feeling stomach again, feeling a bit nauseated and light cramps back in my right side.  Who knows what caused last nights episode!  But I refuse to take a HPT until at least for another week, maybe I've just got a stomach bug.

You need to call your doctor!  "Severe" stomach cramping is not normal and needs to be addressed.
