Sex during pregnancy

I am 4 months pregnant and Recently after having sex I noticed blood. I was not in any pain and had no cramping. The next time I went to the bathroom there was no spotting or bleeding. Should I stop having sex for a while or just take it a bit easier during sex?

I would call your doctor. I was told by mine to call if I noticed any bleeding at all! I did have spotting after sex not too long ago and was put on pelvic rest...no sex. I'm 39 wks, was 37 when this happened.
