Sharp pain behind lower left breast

more towards the side, behind top of rib cage. urt so bad I couldn't breath or move. Then seconds later I felt a pop and the pain stopped. I immediately sat up and breathed in and I felt no pain in my lungs. Its still a little sensitive. This has happened twice now this week. I  do believe I was siting up the first time it happened then I was laying on my left side the second time. Could my stomach be up there now and it was just a gas bubble? What do you think?

Ok yeah I'm not sure if this is what it is but when i was breast pumping after i had my first baby in September, I had the same thing and was told it was a clogged milk duct, it hurt so bad, they told me to put warm cloth on it and massage it downward for the milk to drain out if it, that worked but it did hurt, may not be the same thing for u bit it could be. I'm 31 weeks now and have some milk coming in and I think in getting a clogged duct, it *****. Lol
