Sharp pain while blowing my nose?

So I'm 7wks 3days pregnant.. I just recently have came down with stuffy nose. Whenever I blow my nose, I get sharp pains in my lower abdomin by my right pelvic area. Maybe I'm blowing my nose too hard or idk. I usually get small cramping here and there in that area which I know is normal but the sharp pain is kinda weird and only when I blow my nose. Maybe I'm pulling something? Any ideas?

I was wandering the same thing wen I breathe I'm sore as well idk mayb our bodies are adjusting for our babies

The same thing happens to me when I cough. It scares me so I try not to cough so hard lol
