I wouldnt be scared it doesnt hurt! Not as much as i assume labour is going to lol x
I normally shave but im 39 weeks now and havnt been able to shave.for.about 2 weeks now. I just cant see and its hard to.reach around the belly. I knicked myself just a tiny bit and decided to just.let it go. its driving me nuts but im.too scared to get waxed.
I didn't have my child naturally, but if you have too much hair and tear in either direction, you'd need it shaved to sew it back up correctly (I assume) I do know they will shave you in the essential areas for a c-section. I shave anyway, just because it drives me CRAZY, but I'm 26+1. and it's getting difficult, haha.
I told my bf he would have to shave for me as im now finding it difficult to see what im doing down there.... he said he cant do that and asked if i had any friends that could... i have friends dear but none that would be willing to shave my pubic hair lol so he said he would pay for a wax closer to my due date lol
I stopped shaving with my first as the dr said to be careful if you knick or cut yourself you risk bacteria or infection with this one I am going to keep it trimmed as I get closer to my due date
I have 3 children and gave up trying to shave or veet as it just got too hard towards the end. I've never heard of anyone being shaved in hospital either
In the UK they dont shave you anymore unless you need a c section and then they'l only shave whats essential.
Try veet thats a cream so is alot easier
I'm glad you asked this question. I use to wax then I started to shave all the time until it got very uncomfortable growing back it itches like crazy to me. Now I just try to trim it. This is one hair I wish wouldnt grow. I'm 31 weeks 2 days and its getting very hard to see down there. I feel like just leaving it alone until the baby comes. This is my first so I'm unsure what they do at the hospital ?
I actually thank the doctor will shave you reguardless. When it was time for my friend to have her baby they gave her a shave, saying you have to be completly bald...
