Wet Underwear

I just went to the bathroom and noticed that my panties were wet.. can this be a sign that my water has been broken? I just don't wanna go to the hospital just to get sent back home (btw I'm 39weeks and 3days)

You would continue to leak of your water broke.

Urine and discharge get easily confused for amniotic fluid. During pregnancy you have lots of liquidity discharge and you bladder can't hold all the urine from your uterus pushing down on it. If it was your water it would be constantly leaking and you wouldn't really feel it. And if it completely broke you would be soaked and it would still leak after that.

Because i think usually once your water breaks you get contractions, but I'm not exactly sure. Ive never experienced my water breaking. Also, get advice from other people too because i could definitely be wrong with what I'm suggesting since it's never actually happened to me

Just keep an eye out for contractions and time them. If they're 5 mins apart or less you should go.

It wasn't a lot .. and no it had no smell nor color, that's why I assumed it was water
