Should i call my nurse for this?

Yesterday i was sent to L&D for high blood pressure and after 4 hours of being monitored and tested they sent me home and said they wanted to see me again on Wednesday to be checked again. I have alot of swelling in my legs and had alot of swelling in my hands last night.
Well today im feeling nauseous and dizzy and i feel like im going to throw up. Im not having any stomach pain tho. I am now having alot of pain in my shins, so it hurts to walk and my face keeps getting hot, like im having hot flashes. I dont want to call L&D unless its serious...has anyone else experienced this? Should i call L&D anyways and see what the nurse says?

I had to have a emergency c section because of preeclampsia or toximia whatever they call it these days, they also told me i was neg for it and it was scary cause they lost my sons fetal pulse and everything when i was in labor. Be carefull a very scary thing!!!I called my doc all the time dont feel bad thats what they are there for even if they can be ***** sometimes

Yeah they said my urine was negative and so was my blood work. But they have me carrying a container around for 24 hours that i have to keep my pee in lol!
I gained 5lbs in a week and my midwife asked me how that happened...i told her i didnt know because i dont really eat that much cause i always feel full. So they checked my BP and it was 147/90 and when L&D monitored me it went down over the last 3 hours.

Hmmmm, TO ME.... it sounds like preeclampsia. Same exact symptoms i had the last few wks of my first pregnancy with DD, Except IF YOU HAD IT, the labs would show you having protiens in urine.

HAve you had any recent RAPID weight gain? Like waking up one morning five lbs heavier?

All of those symptoms sound pretty normal for how fat along you are. I remember I used to get dizzy and have a hot flash feel like I was going to pass out and throw up all at the same time. Isn't pregnancy fun! I would also get pain in my shins. I'm assuming because all that weight from baby is pushing down and causing stress on our legs. But because you have high blood pressure I'd call and let them know. Its always better safe than sorry.

Absolutely call and let them know what's going on. The symptoms you have aren't normal. There is no reason why you should be concerned about calling them, that's what they are there for! Best of luck!
