If it isn't flu related You can get anti-sickness/nausea pills off the doctor if it is getting unbearable I had this and I got Metoclopramide Hydrochloride. Maybe you could try increasing your milk intake as it is nourishing and neutralising, whole milk/full fat if you can't eat properly and it will aid to feed the baby a bit, but I'd definitely see the doctor or midwife about it because like you say you don't want your little one to be starved. Dry foods like toast may be helpful too, make sure to hydrate plenty! Hope things are okay soon x
The only thing I can eat is ceral and I never had morning sickness before Iu went to the doctor they said its little that they can do cause I'm pregnant just something to unstop my noise some pills
When you have the flu you are very weak and wouldn't want to move around has much I would say go to the doctor but then again you could have morning sickness I would try to eat something even if its just a little bit of it
With the flu, you could get body aches, chills, fever, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, runny nose.
I never had the flu so I wouldn't know what are flu symptoms
I'm 32 weeks and feel awful. Feels like the first trimester over again :( I need the last few weeks to hurry up now!
If your not actually sick with the flu or anything, you should see a doctor asap. Its not good to go that long without providing nutrients go your baby. If it is the flu or something like that, try drinking Ensure shakes. It replaces the calories you get from food and a lot better than nothing for your baby. Id still see a doc for sure though if you cant seem to stomach anything at all.
Is it like a cold? If it is you can take robutussin, I took it with my 1st when I Chad the flu and halls.. doctor said it was okay, but if it's something else you sound go to the doctors cause that's not good to go without eating...
