Sick at 37 weeks vould it be labor signs?

I am 37 weeks today. This is my first pregnacy. I dont know why im so sick. ive been feeling really sick havnt been able to eat much. Like i feel like im starving then when i try to eat i feel like ima get sick. Same with drinking. Im having bad headaches. I got up at like 3-4 olcock last night and ended up throwing up. And it made black floaters in my vision. I felt like my head was gonna blow up because it hurt so bad. I feel extremely tired. And i dont have any energy at all. I cant get comfortable. Every way i try is uncomfortable or hurts. I do have a mild case of anemia. Could this be signs of labor soon?

It sounds like you might have pre-eclampsia. Make an appointment with your doctor immediately to assess your symptoms.

Welcome to the miserable end of pregnancy lol. Sorry sister. I was like this with my daughter for the last few weeks. I would suggest increasing your water intake due to you stating that your having "black floaters" with a severe head ache. That screams first signs of dehydration. Let your OB know all the symptoms that your experiencing.
