The important thing is to stay hydrated.  Make sure you are sipping water through out the day. I know when you are really sick it is hard to keep down as well. I found if I kept water at room temp instead of drinking it cold it was easier on the belly. As far as the baby, I'm sure it is fine. I went over a week without being able to eat/drink due to extreme sickness.  The baby will take what it needs from you, unfortunately you have to suffer.  Now if you are feeling dehydrated I would recommend going  to get your electrolytes check and possibly get iv fluids to rehydrate your body. Best of luck!!
