Eat frequently so you don't get hungry. I always found it was worse when I was hungry.

I tried water, or juice which ever baby was ok with at that point. Peppermint, crackers, fruit. I found out if I stayed float like didn't allow my hungry to approach it keep my nausea down alot. But talk to your doc about getting medication  for it. I was prescribed  some and it works wonders.

And be sure to drink water or even a little milk. Sounds disgusting when you're nauseous I know. But it does help. Stay hydrated. Nothing worse than being nauseous AND dehydrated

It is safe to take tums while pregnant. I take a couple of tums when my nausea gets really bad and it seems to help. I also feel better if I lay down on my side with a pillow between my legs.
