Signs weeks before labor

I am only 31 weeks and I am finding it hard to even clean my house. When I do anything even slightly active I get painful cramping and only a few Braxton hicks but they hurt, they feel like a giant cramp across my whole stomach. Is this normal? I lay down and drink water and it may stop after quite awhile but they leave my belly so sore after like I ran miles at once. It makes me scared if I do too much it may make things progress to early. It's uncomfortable so I'm taking it easy for the most part, getting intimate with hubby is rare these days because it causes my belly too much pain, even wrestling with my toddler or switching laundry from washer to dryer! I'll definitely be asking my doctor in a week. Could this be a sign I'll have my baby early? I'm just worried

I'm 33 weeks and I feel exactly the same as you, my doctor said it was normal and to just try to get a support belt for my belly, I guess it's because It's big.

I personally belie e its kind of normal in pregnancy especially if u guys are towards the end I already had mine baby and I used to clean a lot and do so much at home clean the kitchen, my two bathrooms, my room, living room etc...and at the end I will be so painful and I also use to move things around push the refrigerator since my husband works all day I didn't have no one to help me bcuz its just him and I that live in our 3 bedroom apartment so the cleaning was done all by me and my 3 year old son well the thing is that a lot of ppl would he so surprise I was moving stuff around and I was on my last weeks of pregnancy... I didn't stop cleaning and doing all that until my 40 weeks and the baby was born perfectly healthy..but yea lifting or pushing heavy stuff like I did cause cramps pain and u get very tired all u want to do at the end is rest ...if u would like to stop doing a lot of cleaning or anything do so if u don't its fine I personally didn't have anybody to help me ..I dont work that why my bf have to work all day..

I'm the same, I'm a stay at home mom and it'll be as simple as walking up my stairs or vacuuming my room. Just a small task and bam! I have to rest for the next hour. I'm just curious to know why

It sounds like you're overdoing it and the cramping pains are your body's way of telling you to take it easy. And no, I wouldn't say it's a sign that you'll have your baby early.
