Skin question

Anybody else have exceedingly dry skin that looks like a rash? Mine goes past my wrist on the palm side of my arm and it burns pretty bad after I wash my hands and dry them. Lotion helps the burning but only temporary until I wash my hands again. Any advice?

Well I go to culinary school so we're constantly washing our hands. And at work I do dishes - not a lot as we're a gas station but how you described yours sounds like me lol. I was just hoping it wasnt something that required medication or something. Thanks Ill just have to get more lotion.

Is there a certian kind you recommend?

Is it from washing to much? I get these rashes up my forearms and on my wrists cause my hands are in sanitizer all day. Doctor said its ok, its just from being 'to clean'. also since I work with food I'm constantly washing my hands, so they are so dry and they itch n burn so I scratch them til they bleed.. and get rashes lol. So idk if that's like ur case, but maybe ur just 'to clean' if ur washing to much. I just carry a bottle of lotion around all day
