Slapped cheek

My brother in laws kids have both developed slapped cheek virus. One has had her rash from last wed and now the other has developed the same symptoms leading up to rash. I know once the rash has developed it's supoised to be no longer contagious. My question is this, I'm 35 wks and we're all about to take a family trip to Cork on friday, sis in law getting married. We were supposed to share the accommodation with said brother in law and family, but I dont have to have physical contact whilst there. Has anyone ever known of any issues this late in pregnancy?
I have midwife appt on Thurs so I'll run it by her, but what do you guys think?

Most adults have some immunity to it. We had a really bad year for viruses, flu, stomach flu, slapped cheek, shingles,  and colds. I got slapped cheek with them and it was awful but baby is fine. The dr sent me in for ultrasound but everything was OK. I wouldn't worry.

Thanks. His mum is a constant worrier and is freakin out. I said not to be getting into a flap about it until I spoke to midwife as I may have been around her before symptoms even started to appear. She wqs for arranging us somewhere else to stay and everything. I know its more the first 20 wks that poses more of a threat but I'm near the end of my third trimester.
