Sleeping Positions

I can't get a comfortable sleeping position. When I turn on either of my sides my baby moves a lot. Does that mean she doesn't like it? And sometimes I end up on my stomach or back . Is that safe?

At 27 weeks I would avoid it. Like above if you find yourself sleeping on your back try using pillows to prop yourself up. You could even try making a "nest" of pillows to keep yourself from moving too much. As you get bigger it will be more difficult to sleep unfortunately...

You can sleep on your right side. I did my whole or enhance basically.  It was the only position I could find that didn't make me sick to my stomach. If you are still early you can lay on your belly or back. It's just when the uterus starts to grow laying on your back presses on a main artery which will cut off blood flow and oxygen to your down stairs. I suggest getting some pillows to prop you up and make you comfy. The further along you are the harder it is to get comfortable

People and doctors tell you to sleep on the left side for better oxygen flow to the baby.... I'm 36 weeks and I can only sleep on my right side with a body pillow between my legs. Its just that the left side is so uncomfortable, and the body pillow lets me prop up my legs just a little which lets me be completely relaxed, and it also allows me to sleep wayyyyy longer than just a few hours.

I have the same problem, usually I lay halfway on my back with a pillow underneath and my legs on my fiancé it helps. I heard ur not supposed to lay flat on your back.
