Sleeping on stomach?

I'm 32weeks and still sleep on my stomach...it's the most comfortable for me but sometimes when I wake up or switch positions I feel a sharp pain kinda like ligament pain. I also lay on my back a lot too while I'm watching tv or whatever...is this really bad?

I was told not to lay on my back because it cuts off blood flow to the baby

I still lay on my back and stomach propped. I was told both are fine as long as your comfortable. If baby starts kicking or you feel pain is switch it up. But I was also told it's okay

Yea that's what I'm thinking...my belly is still small too. I've been searching on google and I can't find any medical reason against sleeping on your stomach...

im 31+2 and i sleep on my stomach every night. my belly is still small enough for me to do so and im most comfortable that way. i was told that laying on the left side is best but however your comfortable is okay too. like if you lay on your stomach and gets to uncomfortable you should change positions otherwise its fine. my sister was also small her entire pregnancy and she slept on her stomach all the way up tell her c-section and she has an extremely smart/healthy almost 3 year old now. its all about whats comfortable for mommy (:

Yes I've heard that it's not good; but I'm looking for reasons why.  I would like some facts to back up that it's "not good"
