I try to snack healthy because im always hungry and dont want to over do it on the junk food. I always have carrots, celery, and apples. I dunk them in peanut butter or ranch. I love trail mix too.
Cliff bars are great. They dont need refrigerated and they they're good for you and filling. Also if you decide tp breastfeed oatmeal is good for milk production so otemeal cliff or granola bars are great.
Fruit is a good handy snack
I like nature valley or fiber one protein bars... Those were nice to have on hand or at work to get me through if I forgot my lunch.
