Sore BBs and BFing

Have any of you become pregnant while breastfeeding, and if so, did you still get sore BBs?

Yes, I am pregnant now (6 weeks) and still awaiting results to see if I am pregnant with multiples or have a molar pregnancy since my hcg levels were quadrupling every 3 days.  Breastfeeding increases your chances 9 fold of having multiples.  And yes, now that you mention it, my nipples ARE sore.  I thought it was because my son keeps pinching them or maybe is being more rough in eating because he's teething, but maybe it's because I am pregnant.  And they seems drier.

yes i got pregnant 3 times while breastfeeding and the second time the child i lost i have very sore nipples that were cracked really badly
