Shower with cold water. Warm and hot water will just make it keep coming out . Cold water helps them dry out

After all my pregnancies I would take an ace bandages and wrap them around my breasts as tight as I could handle it and after a few days I was completely dried up .... id leave it wrapped up all day

Are you on birth control now? I am not breastfeeding either ans my dr said he will staet my birth control pills immediately adter birth because it will help dry them up.. and wear snug sports bra with frozen cabbage. Hot water and rubbing will only make your breast continue to produce and take even longer to dry up. Good luck!
