Sore nipples

breastfeeding hurts sooo bad does anyone know any type of cream I can put on my nipples or something I cry every time I feed my babe >.<

theres tons u can buy ..I have the palmers one but can't tell u if it works or not-he's not here yet lol

The best thing is your breast milk! Just squeeze a little bit out after feed and in-between feeds and rub on saw arias. If breast feeding is hurting then your baby may not be latching properly have a look at the australian breast feeding associations page for some help they are great. An have videos  on technique. Also you can try feeding in different positions to ease the pain

My doctor said that if breastfeeding is painful then try making sure baby is latched on correctly or try using a breast pump!

I used lanolin... and I had very painful nipples in the beginning and found out that he wasnt latching correctly, make sure your baby is latching right and it'll feel tons better
