Spotting, followed by 2 positive ovulation test a week apart...Thoughts?

Hey Ladies, I'm looking for some answers as I'm at work right now, and going to take a HPT tonight or tomorrow morning. I missed my period, which comes promptly the first week of every month, give or take of couple of days. The following week I thought I got my period late, but turns out I spotted for about 12-24 hrs, with minor cramping half way through, and it was gone. I didn't think anything of it, but I ready online that an ovulation test can show positive if pregnant, so I took an Ovulation test that I had, and it came back positive. A couple days later I bought a HPT, took one of the tests, it was negative, but the line never appeared in the control window, instead of taking the second one I decided to wait. Yesterday I took another ovulation test just to see, and again it was positive. I decided to take the HPT this morning, but could not find it, so I'm sitting at work wondering, what can this mean? Within the last couple weeks I've noticed the following: frequent urination, fatigue (I usually take sleep aids, but lately I can sleep right away), I’m hungry a lot more than usual and last week I had minor stomach cramping after the spotting then again today slightly, similar to menstrual cramps but not as painful, more annoying. I'm sitting at work right now wondering, but cannot do anything until the day is up, any thoughts?

I would say if you've missed your period to take a test with your morning pee.  the spotting could have been implantation bleeding.  Good luck!
