Stomach pain?

I'm 12 weeks and I get lower pains in my stomach almost like a flu symptom but with out the naseau or throwing up. Should I be concerned?

No i did couple days ago doc did ultrasound but showed baby was fine

Could be your uterus stretching.. or baby in an uncomfy spot.. if it continues for more than a few days call the doctor and see what they want you to do. Or if you have bleeding or a fever over 100.4 go into the er.
