Sunburn

This might be a dumb question but is it dangerous for your baby if you get sunburned? I'm only asking because I remember my ob telling me something about sunburns but I forgot. Yesterday was my babyshower and I got sunburned on my shoulders and back.

It isn't good for you, but if it isn't a major burn, it'll be fine. It is only a concern if you get dehydrated, or it leads to sun poisoning, or you have a lot of swelling with it.

I don't think so.. I got severely sun burned last summer when I was like 15w and my baby was fine. Dr never said anything about it to me. But if you got a bad one I'd watch you're temp. If it gets too high because of the burn you'll have to go into l&d
