Super tender nipples!
I am 4.5 weeks and my nipples are super tender! Only my nipples. What causes this? And what can I do to keep them from being so tender?
That's how I knew I was pregnant, at around 2 weeks my nipples were sore. It went away eventually on its own
I'm 31 weeks and still experience it, heat helps mine warm rag, heating pad, I've also heard warm tea bags.
Cant do anything unfortantely :/ mine still are very tender and I'm just about 14 weeks.
