Swelling- 3rd Trimester

I am 28 weeks with baby #3 and I always get mild swelling starting in my 3rd Trimester... The past week or 2, I've been feeling so uncomfortable and retaining water. My feet, calves and hands swell. It isn't extreme but it's enough to be obnoxious!
Anything you've tried that really seems to help??

Soak them in water and epsom salt. Elevate your feet when you can. Massage, but be careful, that can trigger contractions

Eating cucumbers or watermelon seem to help some as well as lemon water. Also, plenty of fluids, at least half your body weight in oz a day.

I take hot showers and my little sister massages my feet often.
