For the baby, put a wash cloth in the baby's diaper (or somehow manage to get its pee on a cloth) and apply the cloth to its gums. You can always search the Internet. ..just an old remedy my family does

Or you can take him/her to the doctor and they will give you an antibiotic that will clear it up.

You could pick up some probiotics. And if you breast feed make sure you wash your nipples after every feeding. And if you bottle feed also make sure you wash bottle after every feeding.

You'd be surprised. It works. Hence I said it's an old remedy.

You have nipple thrush and it got passed to your baby you mean? Go to your doctor and get an oral prescription for Nystatin for your baby's mouth and get a prescription for the topical cream Nystatin for your nipples and you can use it on baby's bum if they get a bit of thrush there too! :)
