Tanning while pregnant?
So I just found out I was pregnant with baby #2 and couple days ago. Before I knew I was pregnant I had been tanning a good bit. I already know that tanning isn't good for you but that's something I take upon myself. I just wanna know if it's okay for the baby and if anyone else tans while pregnant
Definitely check with your doctor before tanning thougj, just to see their input (:
Its controversial. My doctor specifically said not to tan because it raises your internal body temperature but ive heard some ladies are told its fine. Sunless tanning lotion is fine and spray tanning is fine but they usually recommend like a nose plug for spray tanning since you're breathing in the tan!

Thank you! I normally only lay about 7 minutes so I never really get too hot
