I didn't. My daughter is 4 and just a few months ago decided she wanted to get hers done. It was kind of a big thing for her because I explained to her that if I let her do it she had to be responsible and we would have to clean them and take care of them. She was really excited about it, didn't cry, and loves to show them off. :) I'm glad I waited and let her decide. Not that I think there's anything wrong with having them done as babies. It's really cute.

Nope. They're her ears and I'll let her make that decision.

I will do my little girls ears when she turns one week as they forget the pain much easier the smaller they are like a one year old might cry for hours just because they felt they trusted you trust me that happened with my little sister but all my nieces got them done at one week they didn't fuss at all

My daughter was six months when I pierced her ears, I got the gun at Walmart and done them myself. This baby girl will probably have hers done too around that time :)

Just a word of advice. Get real gold for baby's first earrings because a lot of times they will be allergic to the metals and get an infection. They don't cost a whole lot more.

I don't plan on it until she is old enough to make that decision. only because I know my mom pierced my ears and I dont even wear earrings ever. also, its her body, not mine. but I don't have anything against mothers who do because earrings are beautiful and very cute

I'm having my 2nd girl. We did our toddlers right before she turned 1. I could not find a place to do it even tho she had her shots cause she has a tiny head and her ear lobes were super small. She cried for about a min(she does not cry but real quick for shots!) This time I hope to get them done 6-7 months. If you can't handle an ear piercing then idk how you do shots! Its nothing more then her getting a shot.

I did my daughters after her first vaccines at two months just to be on the safe side no risk of infections.

I did my girls at 5 months and 18 months. Much easier to care for when they are little babies.
