I was the same. Ginger tea might help or pepermint tea. You can also get ginger pills that make it better. Eat small meals every 2 hours or so. That's what helped me and i was throwing up a lot and i mean a lot.
My dr recommends b6, it's the same medicine they would prescribe you for nausea but its way cheaper and over the counter. B6 is also an ingredient in propel waters if you dont feel comfortable taking it by pill, I felt the waters realy helped me with the nausea and stay hydrated.
