Lately I've been feeling tired, nauseous also swollen from my hands & feet's, now I'm leaking breast milk also I've been feeling lightning cramps or contractions and pressure. Are these any signs of labour??
It could be the hicks contractions they call, it's usually a false alarm but since you're far along already you should contact your doctor
