Tiredness and feeling sick

So this is my first pregnancy and being 6 weeks I am tired so tired. I also never feel sick and I feel so sick I cough a lot and when I sleep I have stuffy nose and sore throat everyone keep saying its allergies no it's this baby hahahahha
