Today is the day!!

So I am finally going to meet my little girl today or sometime tomorrow morning.
I'm 41+5 and so ready to meet her. I'm going to the hospital in 4 more hours to be induced. At my appt Monday I was dilated to 2cm. On Wednesday and Thursday I lost my mucus plug. Thursday I had a bloody show. Really hoping this means I have dilated further.
Yesterday I spent 4 hours walking around, shopping so hopefully all that walking has also made me dilate.
I am slightly nervous about being induced though. I really don't want the pitocin. My birth plan is to go as natural as possible. I don't want any pain relief or intervention unless absolutely necessary. I will keep everyone updated with how that works out.
Wish me luck ladies :D

Sorry for the late update ladies. So I went in at 3pm on Saturday to be induced. I was already dilated to 2cm. They gave me a pessary called propesse which was placed behind my Cervix and told me I would be examined in 12 hours, and if it hadn't worked within 24 hours I would be given vaginal tablets every 6 hours after that.
After 6 hours the contractions were very painful and coming every 2-4 mins. This was roughly 9pm. The midwife checked me and I was still only between 2-3cm so she told me that she would check me again at 3am.
At roughly midnight my waters broke, and then the contractions started to come one after another with barely any break. The midwife removed the pessary, I was still only just 3cm dilated. She gave me pethidine for the pain, which didn't help at all and only actually made me vomit during labor. Try to avoid pethidine unless absolutely necessary.
Within an hour the midwife moved me to a different room and gave me entinox. At around 4:30am the midwife came to check me again. She examined me and told me I was 9cm and needed to straight to the delivery unit. I was rushed over straight away and within 20 mins I was pushing. I pushed for an hour before delivering my precious daughter. Her head was too big and I needed an episiotomy. The Dr cut me 3-4 times as I was just too small to deliver on my own. After delivering, whilst being stitched by the Dr I projectile vomited all over myself. Luckily my partner was holding the baby when this happened.
I'm not going to lie, it was painful but the entinox and pethidine honestly did nothing to ease the contractions. The pethidine made me vomit and the.entinox just made me ffeel really spaced out. I am a little disappointed I didn't do it naturally, but I did my best and the pain was like nothing I have ever experienced.
Baby Emily Grace was born at 6:11am on September 28th weighing 7lbs12oz

Oh my god I'm in agony.
They've monitored me again about two hours ago. Contractions are a little irregular, but they are pretty much between 2-4 mins apart. They are off the chart, pain wise.
They are going to monitor me again in another 4 hours and examine me to see how far I have progressed.
These contractions are no joke. Truing to go med-free but it's really hard

I've been in thehospital for almost 3 hours. I'm still dilated to 2cm as far as I know. They have put a pessary behind my cervix to hopefully help me dilate and kick start labor. The contractions are slowly getting closer together but they are really hurting now.
