I have spd and I know how painful it is, I went to see my midwife yesterday and really there isn't alot they can do about it but give you techniques of how to sit and lie in bed and possibly a support but they say it doesn't get any better as pregnancy goes on. Hope you get it sorted it'll be worth it in the end x
It sounds like your body is just stretching out to make way for baby.
Try a warm shower and ask someone for a massage. Do some stretches to relieve some of the pressure (the book 'your pregnancy week by week has a new stretch every week to try, my favorite so far has been the cat stretch, go on all fours, as you breathe in curve your back up, as you breathe out curve your back in to the ground.) A heating pad is safe to use as well.
That pretty much sums up how I've been feeling. I had to go read about it haha. I had never heard of it before.

I just looked it up and it says to get a pelvic support belt and religiously do kegles and pelvic tilts to strengthen the ligaments. These legit posts get buried under a lot of other posts so I don't see them until they get bumped up
I've been dealing with lower back pain since 3 today and nothing helps! I figured if its still hurting me this bad in the morning I'll call my doctor, but no ones answering me on here either. Also, 32 weeks and waddle ALL the time
Im only 16 w and I started waddling already because my hips are spreading really fast and I have severe aches which I'm assuming is found ligament pain until I see my doc and ask
I have no idea what that is if I did I would totally help u sorry
Seriously? Do y'all not answer anything that isn't related to "baby daddy drama" or questions that have been asked oh idk three times a day everyday?
