Tristan was called home

Hello all. As some of you may know me, i am Michelle, mother of Tristan who was diagnosed with trisomy 18 in May. Well at 34 weeks n 4 days i had to be induced due to preeclampsia. Tristan was born at 3:21 pm 08/30/13 n passed away 4:26 8/30/13. He was 3 lbs 2 oz. N very beautiful. He had heart failure n held on for as long as he could. He died peacefully. Looked as if he was sleeping. Family n i are doing ok as we had prepared. Thank you to all who prayed n supposed Tristan n I. #Godbless.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. It is such a hard thing for a mother to loose a child and all the whirl wind emotions that come along with it. I know this terrible pain. Someday you will be reunited in the kingdom of heaven.  My prayers are with you and your family.
