Trying to eat healthier.

I'm a curvy girl already and I was pre-pregnancy a lot in part because of my hypothyroidism. But anyways, I'm trying to eat healthier for me and the baby. I don't want to develop gestational diabetes and I was wondering what are good foods to eat? Meal ideas? Etc.

chicken, veggies, fruits, pasta, whole wheat bread, fish (as long as its low in mercury) but limit intake of fish its like 12 ounces a week, but full of DHA which is good for baby. Salmon is good to eat. drink lots of water, juice and milk

Eat a lot of salads fruits and veggies and protein . Stay away from pastas and carbs.. you don't need them often Eat it as a treat once in a while. Also don't drink juice or sodas only water. And don't eat any sweets! I also have hypothyroidism and I weigh 105 pounds.  I've only gained 4 pounds so far in my pregnancy and am 22 weeks.

Chicken is healthy and full of protein, I normally have chicken pastas, salads etc as it fills you up but is full of good stuff :)

I have tried looking up things to eat when pregnant but in all honesty most of the food I ate previously I can still eat now.
