Ugh having a cold...

I was wondering what's safe to take for colds? I've been running a low grade temp today. And tylenol isn't quite doing the trick. My throat is dry, sore, scratchy, and I have a dry cough. And my head is achy. I don't want to go to the doctor just yet. But I need some relief.

Tylenol mucinex and rubotussin are safe. my doctors gave me a chart of Medicines that are safe to take , but your doctor can prescribe you something as well if those aren't working .

I would call the office and ask for a nurses opinion on what to do. Depending on how far along you are determines what kind of stuff you can take! I got sick when I was newly pregnant like only 10 weeks and all I could do is take tylenal and suffer hahah. I drank a lot of warm water to sooth my throat. Good luck.
