Ughhh

I cannot sleep!!! Ever since my 5th week (12 weeks now) I cannot get comfortable at night. I feel like I've tried every position and nothing works. When I do sleep I wake up on my back and I don't even know if that's good or not. Any advice on how to get comfy? TIA

I'm 37 weeks and can rarely get comfortable myself. This will keep me up for hours sometimes too. Just wait it will get even worse.  Haha hang in there

Wine down before bed. I find that sometimes helped with me. For example; have a warm bath or drink something warm before u go sleep. Saying that the insomnia does get worse I'm 23 weeks and I'm still struggling with sleepless nights.

Try to Google different things to help. For me I have to have a nice warm shower to soothe me to some light reading in then it helps relax me.
