Urgent pregnancy question

I have sometimes a pain in my lower left side.I am in my early weeks of pregnancy, maybe 1st week.I only get this pain when i walk a bit fast.Is it normal, or is there any problem?..

I also got a sore-throat and need an advice about what shall I take to get a relief.

To those who says how did I know I am in 1st week, I think I mentioned the word "MAYBE" which means I am not sure in which week I am yet as My doctor appointment is still next week..But what I got sure of is being pregnant..

How on earth do you know youre pregnant at only a week? You can't possibly mean your lmp was a week ago. Id say the pain is maybe a pulled muscle or a cyst. Tylenol is safe for the pain and itll also help your throat too. Good luck, dear.

Could be cyst in ur overy... How can u know ur pregnant at one week??

How did u find out so fast at 1 wk u can take cough drops just dont overdue it!!!
