Vaginal tear?

Did anyone have this after giving birth? How long did it take you to heal? I'm 5 days postpartum and I know it won't be this soon but supposedly the pain diminishes as time passes but mine has just gotten worse!

Wow. 2 months is nuts. I will go get checked at my dRs. I checked down there and I can't tell which are the stitches. I can't see any since my hair is dark too. Lol. Tmi.

The pads usually don't help. They're just uncomfortable. The warm water does soothe though and the spray semi-works. I feel like I might have torn one as it stings in just one area.

They cut me the first time,  & stitched me up after birth. They give you a cold pad & these Medicated pads you place over your stiches. I believe I was healed by my 6 wk check up. Second time,  no tear s no cuts. So, this time around probally gonna be the same.

Also depends on how bad your tear was. First degree you might be fine before you leave the hospital but definitely before a week is out you should be feeling better. Second degree I would say takes two to four weeks to start feeling normal again. Third or fourth degree can take months.
