You can make fried rice just
Add less rice and put more mixed vegetables in it.
Just add spinach and kale into a fruit smoothie. You'll hardly will notice the taste,especially if you add banana. Also make a sandwiche or a sub and just load it with veggies. And salads can be tastier if you add fruit and nuts into them. Fresh vegetables are better than cooked.
I think I will try the veggie stir fry! & those v8s drinks! Lol
Its all about finding what works for you.
Try vegetables with organic Cheese and butter.
Try vegetables baked in the oven with seasonings and cheese.
There are a ton of recipes that make vegetables Yummy.
If you don't like them at all look up "kid friendly vegetable recipes"
Im right there with you too!! I dont eat much fruits either though :/ so I try and drink the v8s with fruits and veggies so I get both but it doesn't taste as bad as plain veggie juice blahhh lol
Pregnant or not you need about 2 and half cups of vegies a day to get your vitamins, fibre etc. But it doesn't have to be all in one meal. You could include a tomatos and mushrooms to a cooked breakfast, salad at lunch would cover a lot, then the ones you do like at dinner.

Cook and season the chicken and stirfry them together or cook separatly!
Also the veggie stirfry is good too (: or a cornbread & veggie casserolem
Same problem I'm having , I eat fruit more then I eat veggies and I barely eat them now :/
Try making a veggie stir fry
