I'm due November 26th aha and I just did my first walk right now. I walked a lot the beginning of my pregnancy but I just became so lazy. I go out a lot, I like to go to the mall and stores and spend like an hour there just walking.  But i really don't count that lol. I actually went to walk around my neighborhood today lol. But I'm sticking with it till i have my baby.  I'm going to try to walk twice everyday now

ill be 38 weeks on Friday and I walk a lot to get baby to drop and hopefully make me dialate more :) I've found its way easier to walk if you go to the grocery store or to the mall, like window shopping that way you're not really thinking about walking

I walk every chance I get! I'll got to the store and walk up every isle and be in there for like an hour! This weekend I'm hitting up the flea market and mall, hopefully that would've helped me progressed more by Monday!
