Washing Your Hands.

I have to wash my hands every time I change my little one's diapers. Although, I saw that doing it too much can cause dermatitis, which I have right now & had throughout my pregnancy. :/ It takes away the oils in your hands & dries them out. It's so itchy & painful. It's going away, doesn't look as bad as it did, but why does it have to happen just because you have good hygiene? Lol. Anyone else going through this?

I have a moisturizer with Shea butter and it works great. Also, sometimes I mix in coconut oil.

I would hope everyone washes their hands when dealing with a diaper. But my baby isn't here yet & I have it on my hands. Sleep with a thick lotion like cetaphil or Vaseline & it'll clear up fast.

Maybe try a soap with a moisturizer in it that might help.
