Washing baby stuff

My mom bought me a stroller and a car seat and i was wondering if i should wash the fabric parts before i put it all together. She got the stroller and car seat from walmart and it came all boxed up but im worried about the ink and stuff they use to make the prints on the fabric and i know your susposed to wash baby clothing so what about the stroller and car seat fabric?
Also what about the fabric for the swing? Its still in the box too.
I am only 26w4d but after May i plan on washing all the baby stuff, and i was thinking about it all today and i started wondering about the car seat fabric and stuff lol.

I also didn't wash my girls stuff unless it was not out of a box and I've always used my normal laundry detergent and dryer sheets without a problem and plan to do the same with this baby.

I never washed any of that stuff for my son. I also used my normal laundry soap and fabric softeners.  He has never had issues, but it's personal preference on what you do.

I would say u could put a receiving blanket inside the swing and car seat so that babys skin doesn't have direct contact with the fabric

I've never washed brand new things except the clothes, but many people do. It never affected my boys and I don't plan to with this pregnancy either, but a lot of people prefer to wash it, so its up to you and if you're comfortable not washing it. Just remember no dryer sheets or laundry det with dyes.
