Eat pineapple it helps u dilated i ate alot with my 2nd baby when i went to labor tought my water broke was only too much mucus and was already 5 cm dilated

Good luck! I'm scheduled to be induced in 13 days but I pray he comes on his own before. I'm 2 cm and 50% effaced

There isn't anything you can do. Your baby and body decides when it's ready.

Then your baby isn't ready to come. There nothing you can do about it. I had my daughter a day before her due date just by walking around the whole mall from store to store

Walk, pump, evening primrose oil, drink orange juice and milk (gross), YouTube pregnancy dancing, do squats. I tried everything and finally had my baby at 39+2.
