Weight gain rate?

I was 160 pre pregnancy, Whats the normal weight gain, or the rate at which were supposed to gain. I'm 34wks at 190 :/

I just did a conversion online (I'm in Australia and we use kilograms)...I've gained 11 pounds so far and I'm 35 weeks.

Yeah I know there's a bunch of factors involved and everyone's pregnancy is different... I've only gained 13 pounds and am 36 wks and some change with my second. I think the average about 25-30 pounds. With my first I gained about 28!

I just had to use the calculator to work it out cos i work in stones lol (uk) i was roughly 160 before pregnancy and now im 187 at 31w + 4d last time i saw the midwife i was right on track, i see her again today so hopefully ill still be on track!

i was 130 before i got pregnant and now at 33 wks im 145

But honestly I'd say 30lbs ain't bad either way
