Weird Symptoms?

So I'm 10wks pregnant and lately I've been having this WEIRD bitter taste in my mouth. Every time I eat something, I thought it was maybe the salty foods I eat but it's also sugary foods. It's driving me crazy. I havent been throwing up though but it is making me hate anything sugary or salty which is basically almost everything i eat. Also, I've been so dehydrated. I have to have a water bottle with me wherever I go because my mouth gets so dry. My lips are always so chapped. And I'm sorry for the TMI, but I have this nasty smelly odor down in my female parts and I take real good showers every day. The smell is so disgusting but I'm not sure what's causing it. I don't have a UTI or Yeast infection. I feel the need to shower twice a day to rid the smell. Anyone else have any of these symptoms?
