Try crackers or toast maybe?
I was Going Through The Same thing I seriously Couldn't do Anything.. but Saltine Crackers does work
B.R.A.T. diet helped me during my first trimester which I was the same exact way. Bread, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast. Toast was all I ate. Also, the prenatal vitamins made me very sick and tired. I stopped taking them (with my doctors approval) and only took folic acid. Made the biggest difference. Good luck and congrats!
Bananas and saltines, also for some reason greasy fast food sat better with me than my usual salads and fruits.
