What are Safe ways to gain weight?

In 16 weeks today. Before pregnancy I was 135lbs. After diet changes and lower appetite I lost weight and average at 128-130lbs. Should I be concerned? If so how can I gain weight? I'm still having a hard time eating.

I was the same week as you when I thought my weight wasn't right and now I'm almost 24 weeks and my little boy kicks and rolls and doing really good. My cousins wife only gained 11 lbs her whole pregnancy and she had a healthy baby girl. As long as baby is healthy everything is good

My doctor said it's normal to lose weight as long as it's not in the last trimester.  I changed my diet and didn't gain and lost some weight and it concerned me and I talked to my doctor I thought I was doing something wrong but nope the baby is healthy and he has no concern so I'm more relaxed now knowing my weight is still good
